We have a number of options available for claims lodgement, starting with our Digital Claims Lodgement directly from our website.
The digital lodgement will allow you to lodge a claim with a policy number and immediately receive a claim number generated by the claims system. You will receive a link via e-mail that is able to be sent on to your client, driver or operations staff to provide any outstanding documentation (drivers licences, images, witness statements, etc) that will upload directly to the claim. The digital lodgement system saves time and ensures everyone is kept in the loop on the status of the lodgement.
Phone Lodgement Option
Our second option for lodging a claim is through a direct phone call with our claims team. This allows drivers, brokers, or owners to provide all necessary details via a recorded line, enabling our staff to efficiently lodge the claim into our system. This process typically takes around 30 minutes and may require follow-up emails to gather any outstanding documentation and evidence.
24/7 After-Hours Service
We offer a 24/7 after-hours backup service for First Notice of Loss. This service records the initial loss, and we will call you back the next day to complete the claim lodgement.
