ATL manages all claims through our team at our head office in Brisbane, providing claims management services, lodgement, claims decisions and payments through dedicated Claims Officers. Our claims team are a group of passionate insurance professionals looking to create the best outcomes for our broker partners and their clients.

Our policies offer choice of repairer. In the event of a claim, you may select a repairer of your choice. If you don’t have a preferred repairer, we can assist you to appoint one. Read the Product Disclosure Statement for full details
We have a number of options available for claims lodgement, starting with our Digital Claims Lodgement directly from our website.
The digital lodgement will allow you to lodge a claim with a policy number and immediately receive a claim number generated by the claims system. You will receive a link via e-mail that is able to be sent on to your client, driver or operations staff to provide any outstanding documentation (drivers licences, images, witness statements, etc) that will upload directly to the claim. The digital lodgement system saves time and ensures everyone is kept in the loop on the status of the lodgement.

The 2nd option available is phone lodgement directly with the claims team and this gives the driver, broker or owner the opportunity to lodge the call via recorded line and provide the details required for our staff to lodge the claim into the system. This process may require 30min of time to provide all the information to our claims officer and follow up e-mails to collect the outstanding documentation and evidence for us to capture. We provide an after hours back up service that operates 24/7 that enables claims First Notice of Loss which records the loss and we will call you back to lodge the claim the next day.
