Claim Central to manage transport hotline

Claim Central Consolidated has been selected to manage a 24-hour hotline for Australian Transport and Logistics Insurance Group (ATL).


Policyholders and brokers can use the hotline to notify of claims at any time, triggering action such as vehicle recovery, accident scene clean up, towing of vehicles to selected repairers and repatriation of injured drivers.


“This new service is a further step along the road for ATL to deliver a simpler and more efficient way for our customers to access our services,” ATL CEO Steve Nichols said.


Claim Central, which started in 2002, describes itself as a disruptor in the motor and property claims industry, and says its services are underpinned by its digital claims platform.
